Tracey Wilson
For the negative.
Tracey Wilson is the Vice President of Public Relations for the Canadian Coalition for Firearm Rights (CCFR) and Canada’s leading registered in-house gun lobbyist. She is a powerful, public-facing advocate for Canada’s law-abiding, legal firearms community and is a sought-after public speaker. Tracey has testified as an expert witness both for the House of Commons and the Senate of Canada. She is a competitive sport shooter, organizes Ladies Range Days across the country and is an accomplished big game hunter, a sport she enjoys with her two daughters. Tracey is “Black Badge” certified and has completed certification in the lethal Use of Force. Her political influence and rapport with national media have made her a trusted ally in Canada’s gun-owning community and beyond. Tracey has appeared in numerous documentaries, national TV shows and has had her writings published in many news outlets and magazines. She works closely with victims of violence groups to find solutions to reducing crime and lobbies to ensure the focus remains where it should be, on the violence that plagues Canada’s urban and rural communities. The CCFR has filed an application in the federal court against the Government of Canada and the RCMP to have the recent sweeping gun ban overturned. Tracey resides in Canada’s capital of Ottawa with her spouse, a Canadian Armed Forces Veteran and her daughter, a newly recruited member of the CAF.
