Vaccines have been so influential in our communties, that many scientists consider them among the greatest successes in public health.
But not everyone shares this optimistic view of vaccines. Skeptics argue that vaccines are unnecessary, ineffective, or dangerous. But is this truly the case?
As we find ourselves in the middle of a global pandemic, many health professionals are adament that normalcy will be difficult to retain until a vaccine is created. Moreover, polling suggests that the public supports a vaccine to help combat Covid-19.
